French publishing house Attila has published Andrus Kivirähk's pseudo-historical novel „Mees, kes teadis ussisõnu" (The Man Who Spoke Snakish), translated into French by Jean-Pierre Minaudier.

The grotesque novel is an allegory about the fading of ages and the vanishing of worlds. Spiced with a touch of humour typical to the author, the novel has already been published in Latvian and Czech.

On the occasion a delegation of French press and the publisher, Frédéric Martin visited Estonia. See their comments on the visit to ELIC here.
